Cliff & Co support is based on agreed personal, family, study, or business admin workflows discussed during setup.

Approvals

Important decisions, sensitive actions, purchases, payments, account changes, and customer-impacting actions should require client approval.

Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for final decisions, account ownership, legal obligations, financial choices, and information they provide.

Customer-controlled connections

Clients choose which devices, accounts, calendars, files, or work tools they approve during guided setup. Access should stay limited to agreed workflows.

Use of materials

Cliff & Co setup materials, templates, workflows, prompts, documentation, and configuration methods are provided for the client's own use with the agreed service.

No copying or resale

Clients should not copy, resell, republish, reverse engineer, or reuse Cliff & Co materials, setup methods, templates, prompts, or documentation to create a competing service.

Beta and test setups

Free or discounted beta setups are for testing and feedback only. They do not include permission to share internal materials or copy the service model.
